What you can ask for

An exchange for a different size or colour, or a refund.

Conditions

The product must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags and packing. Items without tags, or that have been worn or washed, cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to send it back

We send you a return label with our address. You pack the parcel and send it through any courier. The return courier charge is paid by the customer.

After we receive it

We check the parcel and then ship your exchange piece or process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are sent manually by UPI, including for Cash on Delivery orders, after we receive and check the returned parcel.

Damaged or wrong product

Please record an unboxing video when you open the parcel and send it to us within 2 days of delivery. We need the video to approve a damage or wrong-item claim.
